Salary: $150,100 - 250,647.89 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years in a technology leadership or implementation role, ideally in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Real-world experience with AI/ML projects from end-to-end is essential, including the ability to design, build, and validate successful solutions. The ideal applicant should demonstrate technical leadership and expertise in AI and ML domains, along with a strong online following and publications on platforms like Twitter and LinkedIn. Familiarity with programming languages and platforms such as Python, MySQL, Github, Git, GO, ETL, OLAP, RDBMS, AWS, Azure, Google, IBM Cloud, as well as common AI/ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face is important. The candidate should also possess knowledge in various machine learning techniques such as clustering, decision trees, and neural networks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, the ability to meet tight deadlines, self-motivation, and the capacity to work independently in a loosely structured environment are crucial. Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time is required.

• As our AI Evangelist, I will entrust you with vital tasks, including the development and delivery of engaging presentations, workshops, and training sessions aimed at both technical and non-technical audiences to enhance understanding of AI concepts and their benefits. You will collaborate with suppliers, industry organizations, and community groups to advance AI literacy. A significant aspect of your role will involve engaging in executive-level discussions to educate and inspire clients on the transformative vision of AI. You will regularly present and serve as a panelist at industry events and conferences to showcase the value of AI and machine learning, amplifying Arrow Electronics' contributions to technology. Additionally, you will produce impactful thought leadership content, keeping abreast of AI trends, publishing articles and blogs to share insights, and establishing a vibrant community of AI enthusiasts through organizing and participating in various events. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to communicate AI solution benefits, support training initiatives, and advocate for ethical AI practices.
