Responsibilities:
· Craft a range of exceptional cocktails, from timeless classics to innovative creations.
· Lead by example, setting the standard for quality and creativity behind the bar.
· Engage guests with your extensive knowledge of spirits, mixology, and the stories behind your drinks.
· Manage bar inventory and supplies, ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
· Extensive experience as a bartender in a high-end or high-volume bar or restaurant.
· A deep understanding of mixology, beverage pairing, and the art of cocktail presentation.
· Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create memorable guest experiences.
· A dynamic, engaging personality, capable of captivating an audience with your craft.
