We are currently hiring a Community Outreach Assistant to join our dynamic marketing and events team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in community engagement, event promotions, and brand marketing.
Key Responsibilities
As a Community Outreach Assistant, you will play a key role in helping connect brands with local communities through live events and outreach efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the development and execution of outreach programs that increase brand awareness and local engagement
Representing client brands at community events and public venues, sharing information and building positive relationships
Helping organize and coordinate promotional events and campaigns to ensure smooth operations and meaningful impact
Monitoring campaign performance, gathering feedback, and providing suggestions for improvement
Collaborating with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and achieve outreach goals
Acting as a brand ambassador with a professional, friendly, and approachable presence
Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and performance tracking
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for community engagement and marketing
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with the public
Previous experience in outreach, event planning, marketing, or customer service is a plus, but not required
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
