### What You'll Do

### What We're Looking For

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Preferred:
- Experience using CRM software like Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Previous experience in a remote customer support or call center environment.
- Bilingual abilities (a plus but not required).
