Job Description

Salary: $106,300 - 175,400 per year Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent experience with data tools, techniques, and manipulation.
  • Four years of data engineering or related experience.
  • Proficient in utilizing tools, techniques, and manipulation, including Cloud platforms and programming languages, with a solid understanding of software engineering practices.
  • Strong track record of domain expertise with the ability to comprehend technical concepts and possess in-depth knowledge of systems worked on.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including debugging capabilities to identify issues in unfamiliar code or systems, along with the ability to recognize and resolve recurring problems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and business partners.
  • Intermediate leadership abilities with a proven history of self-motivation in pursuing personal growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Construct and operationalize complex data solutions, troubleshoot issues, apply transformations, and suggest data cleansing and quality solutions.
  • Design data solutions while analyzing sources to determine their value and recommend data for inclusion in analytical processes.
  • Implement core data management practices, including data governance, data security, and data quality.
  • Collaborate within and across teams to support delivery and educate end-users on data products and the analytic environment.
  • Conduct data and system analysis, assess, and resolve defects and incidents of moderate complexity as needed.
  • Test data movement, transformation code, and data components.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

The salary range for this position is $106,300 to $175,400, influenced by factors such as role complexity, location, and the candidate’s skills and experiences. As part of our extensive compensation and benefits program, employees may also qualify for performance-based cash incentives.
