Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Lead clinical and operational improvement across the organization in support of providing efficient, safe and patient centered clinical care. + Provide leadership to health ministry operations improvement efforts including productivity andexpertise through established performance improvement techniques. + Propose solutions, timelines and metrics to drive successful operational performance and efficiency, including healthcare trends andresearch. + Develop key metrics, dashboards and other tools to identify opportunities and continually monitorprogress against expected outcomes to increase organizational efficiency standards and provisioning ofquality care. + Serve as an internal consultant to help the markets drive processes to achieve operational goals. + Identify, document and share lessons learned and best practices to refine approach and operationalimprovements. + Design, coordinate and distribute engagement report deliverables to ministry and national leadersoutlining improvement progress, impact on operations, quality and operational metrics. \#LI-Remote **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. **Additional Preferences** + Certification or operational experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvementmethodologies. + Master's degree in healthcare administration, nursing or related field preferred (e.g., business administration, operations management, engineering) + 5+ years of experience in operational risk management, risk analysis, or quality improvement related field with 2 of those years being in leadership/management preferred. + Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Operational Risk Manager (ORM), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or equivalent preferred **Why Join Our Team** Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
