Job Description

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Jr. Recruiter  for a  Company located in the Plano, TX..  Need to work onsite every day in Plano, TX,   This is a  4 - 6 months contract 

Responsibilities:

• Perform with full life cycle recruiting; screening, sourcing, and scheduling
• Develop and maintain relationships with the hiring manager and internal team.
• Find and source for call center and some help desk positions.
• Provide complete, accurate, information to candidates about the company and position.
• Maintain accurate documentation on all the candidates and searches through the ATS system.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience or  recruiting coordinator 
• Prefer someone to have experience  recruiting and screening
• experience working withing a corporate recruiting team
• Strong communications skills, time management, and organized.
• Positive attitude and tea player 
• Excellent customer service.
