My client, a top-rated global residential architectural/design firm with a high-end clientele, is seeking a Residential Architectural Designer to join their team. The salary is $70,000 to $100,000 base plus bonus depending on experience. Great opportunity to move up. Permanent direct hire.

Overview of the Architectural Designer:

• The Architectural Designer will prepare and organize all presentation and construction documents, including but not limited to hand-drawn perspectives and renderings, floor plans, elevations, sections, wall sections, details, interior elevations, and electrical plans
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, city zoning and building departments, and other agencies throughout each phase of design and construction
• Consult directly with clients to determine the project scope and client specifications
• Research and prepare project specifications
• Research applicable products, materials, systems, and codes necessary to accomplish the design objective for each project

Qualifications of the Architectural Designer:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and have residential experience.
• Must have acted in a project manager capacity.
• Must have CAD and be comfortable with hand drawing.
• Must be able to work onsite in downtown Nashville (free parking).
• Must be able to travel two days once a month.
